Many of our real estate clients limit their personal liability by establishing limited liability companies or corporations as holding companies. Let us set up your limited liability company or corporation for you. For a flat fee of $1050 we will:
– check company name availability and secure a name that works for you
– draft articles
– file articles (SOS filing fee included in $1050)
– draft operating agreement or bylaws
– pull Employee Identification Number from the IRS
– host and facilitate the organization meeting
– provide minutes of first meeting
– deliver corporate notebook including certificates and seal
This fee structure applies to most companies with three or fewer owners of equal percentages. Additional charges apply to LLCs with members other than natural persons or expedited services.
